Will EA Sports Make a Hurling Game for PS3? Highly Unlikely

Highly unlikely.

Reasons

• Niche Market: Hurling's popularity is largely confined to Ireland; global audience is tiny compared to FIFA, Madden, NBA 2K.
• High Development Cost: AAA sports games require massive investment; ROI wouldn't justify it.
• Established Franchises: EA prioritizes existing blockbuster series.
• Licensing Hurdles: GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) rights would be needed; uncertain interest.

Other Possibilities

• Indie developers could create a smaller hurling game.
• Mobile platforms might host a simplified version.

Don't expect a major EA Sports hurling title, but indie/mobile options may emerge.
