GTA: San Andreas (PS2) has no “rare car” spawn system or unlockable exclusive vehicles. All vehicles exist in the world or via cheats. Here's how to get the fastest cars legitimately:
| Vehicle | Class | Common Spawn Locations |
|---|---|---|
| Infernus | Supercar | Vinewood, Richman, Rodeo (day); sometimes near CJ's safehouses |
| Cheetah | Supercar | Vinewood, Mulholland, Richman |
| Banshee | Sports | Downtown LS, SF, LV; dealerships |
| Comet | Sports | Paradiso, SF hills; export crane list |
| Buffalo | Muscle | Ganton, Idlewood, Willowfield; gang areas |
| Hotring Racer | Race | Win Hotring event (8-Track, Stadium) – spawns at stadium |
| Phoenix | Muscle | San Fierro (Doherty garage export list) |
Deliver listed vehicles → crane spawns them permanently at the garage. Lists include Cheetah, Infernus, Comet, etc. (3 lists, 10 cars each).
Enter during gameplay (no pause):
Note: Cheats disable achievements (PS2 has none) and may prevent 100% completion if saved. Use on a separate save.
Bottom Line: For vanilla PS2, learn the spawn spots, do the import/export lists, or use cheat codes. No hidden “rare” cars exist.
