Using PayPal on PlayStation Store: Indirect Only

You cannot select PayPal directly at checkout on the PlayStation Store.

Supported Direct Payment Methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
• PlayStation Network Wallet Funds
• PlayStation Store Gift Cards / Top-Up Codes
• Regional methods (e.g., Paysafecard, Sofort, Boleto)

How to Use PayPal Indirectly:

1. Add Funds to PSN Wallet via PayPal:
   • Settings → Users & Accounts → Account → Payment & Subscriptions → Add Funds.
   • Select PayPal, log in, choose amount. Funds appear in wallet instantly.
2. Buy PSN Gift Cards with PayPal:
   • Retailers: Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, PayPal Digital Gifts, CDKeys, Eneba.
   • Redeem code on PSN → adds to wallet.

Note: PayPal is accepted for PlayStation Plus subscription renewals (recurring billing) in many regions, but not for one-time game/DLC purchases at the cart.
