Where to Find Your PlayStation Network Card Code

You do not look for a "card number" on your account; you redeem a unique voucher code printed on the physical card or sent via email.

How It Works

1. Purchase: Buy a physical PSN card (retail) or digital code (Amazon, Best Buy, PlayStation Direct, etc.).
2. Reveal: Scratch off the silver foil on the back of a physical card to reveal a 12-digit code (format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
3. Redeem: Go to PlayStation Store > Redeem Codes on your console, the web store, or the PlayStation App. Enter the code.
4. Funds Added: The wallet balance updates immediately. The code is now used and cannot be reused.

Important Security Notes

• Never share the code with anyone. Treat it like cash.
• Buy from authorized retailers to avoid invalid/revoked codes.
• No "account number" exists for PSN wallet top-ups—only the redeemable voucher code.
