How to Send Messages on PlayStation (PSN) via Console or App

You can't directly send messages from the PlayStation website. The website is primarily for browsing games, news, and managing your account.

To send messages, you need to use the PlayStation Network (PSN) messaging system, accessible through:

• PlayStation Consoles: Use the messaging app via the "Notifications" tab.
• PlayStation App (iOS/Android): Includes a messaging feature for mobile devices.

How to Send Messages Using the PlayStation App:

1. Open the PlayStation App and log in to your account.
2. Go to the Messages tab.
3. Tap the Compose button to create a new message.
4. Select the recipient from your friends list or search by username.
5. Type your message and tap Send.

Important Notes:

• You must be signed into PSN to send messages.
• If you don't see the messaging option, update the PlayStation App.
• Adjust privacy settings to control who can message you.
