Does a 3DS Action Replay Work on DS Games?

No. A 3DS Action Replay will not work with Nintendo DS games.

Why It's Incompatible

• Different hardware: The 3DS and DS have distinct architectures. The 3DS Action Replay is built for 3DS hardware only.
• Different cartridges: DS and 3DS cartridges are physically and electronically incompatible. A DS cartridge won't fit a 3DS slot, and vice versa.

To use cheats on DS games, you need a DS Action Replay or a compatible DS flashcard.
