How to Record Gameplay in Call of Duty: Black Ops (Theater Mode?)

There is no official Theater Mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops (original or remastered).

What You Might Be Thinking Of

• Black Ops 3 and later: Feature Theater Mode for replaying/editing matches with camera tools, effects, sharing.
• Replay System: Older Black Ops had a basic rewind/watch feature, not full Theater.

How to Record Gameplay in Black Ops

1. Xbox: Use built-in Game DVR (double-tap Xbox button) for clips/screenshots.
2. PlayStation: Use Share Button for captures.
3. PC: Use OBS Studio, Fraps, ShadowPlay (GeForce Experience), Xbox Game Bar (Win+G).

Follow your platform's instructions. These lack Theater Mode's editing/replay features.
