Lost Your Game Unlock Code? Steps to Recover It

Can't find your unlock code? Try these steps:

First Checks

• Email: Search inbox and spam for the purchase confirmation.
• Receipt: Code may be printed on physical or digital receipts.
• Game platform: Steam, Epic Games, PlayStation Store, etc., show purchased games and associated codes in your library.
• Retailer: Contact the store (online or physical) where you bought it—they may have a record.

If Still Missing

• Contact the developer/publisher: Their support team may recover or replace the code.
• Physical key card: Some boxed games include a separate card with the code.

Warning

Beware of scams: Sites or individuals selling "unlock codes" are often fraudulent. You'll lose money and still won't get the code.

Good luck—hopefully you'll recover your code and get back to playing!
