Do not force a DS Phat charger into a DS Lite — different keying, different voltage regulation. Use the correct WAP-002 (Lite/DSi) or WAP-001 (Phat) adapter.
USB → DS Lite/DSi charging cable ($5 on Amazon) + any 5 V USB charger (phone brick, power bank, PC). Works on all Lite/DSi/3DS models.
