What Is Nintendo StreetPass?

You likely mean Nintendo StreetPass, a feature on 3DS/2DS—not a physical street.

How It Works

• Near Field Communication (NFC): 3DS/2DS exchange data when near each other.
• StreetPass Tags: Contain game progress, allowing players to encounter each other's characters, exchange items, unlock content.

It's a real-world connection system for players to interact passively.
