Getting Records in Nintendogs: Ribbons, Not Leaderboards

Nintendogs doesn't have global leaderboards or "records." Progression is measured by:

• Competition Ribbons: Agility Trial, Obedience Trial, Disc Competition — 1st/2nd/3rd place per cup (Beginner/Amateur/Pro/Champ).
• Trainer Points: Cumulative XP from walks, training, contests, petting. Unlocks breeds, interiors, items.
• Friendship Meter: Per-dog bond (0–100%) affecting obedience.
• Collection: All 20+ breeds, all 100+ items, all room themes.

No Speedrun / High Score Tables. The game is a virtual pet simulator—the "record" is your personal journal of a well-raised dog.
