Can You Play Fat Princess with Two Players on One PS3? No—Requires Separate Consoles

Unfortunately, you cannot play Fat Princess with two players on the same PS3.

Fat Princess is a multiplayer game that requires separate PS3 consoles and accounts for each player. While the game offers single-player modes playable alone, the full online multiplayer experience cannot be shared on a single console with two players.

You'll need two separate PS3 consoles and PlayStation Network accounts to enjoy the full multiplayer experience of Fat Princess.
