You cannot directly transfer Steam games to PS4. They are entirely separate ecosystems.
Why It's Impossible
Separate accounts & DRM: Steam (Valve) vs. PlayStation Network (Sony). Licenses are platform-locked.
Different binaries: Even the same game (e.g., The Witcher 3) has distinct PC (x86-64/Windows) and PS4 (x86-64/Orbis OS) builds.
No cross-platform license sync: Publishers decide per-platform; no universal "buy once, play anywhere" for Steam↔PS4.
What You Can Do
Check for Play Anywhere / Cross-Buy: Rare. Only Microsoft/Xbox titles support Xbox↔PC cross-buy. Sony doesn't participate.
Re-purchase on PS4: If the game exists on PS Store, buy it again (often on sale).
Stream from PC to PS4: Use Steam Link (app on PS4 via browser? No—PS4 has no Steam Link app. Use Moonlight + Sunshine on PC → stream to PS4 browser? Not reliable. Better: Steam Link app on phone/tablet/TV, or just play on PC.)
Remote Play (PS4 → PC/Phone): Works opposite direction—play PS4 games on PC, not Steam games on PS4.
Direct transfer: impossible. Separate purchase or PC streaming are your only paths.
