Teleporter in The Sims 3 (PS3)? Not Available

The Teleporter object does not exist in The Sims 3 on PS3 (or any console version). It was introduced in the PC‑exclusive expansion The Sims 3: Ambitions (March 2010), which was never ported to consoles.

Console Limitations

• PS3/Xbox 360 versions only received the base game + Pets (as a separate disc). World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Seasons, Supernatural, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future are PC/Mac only.
• No mod support, no cheat console (testingcheatsenabled), no custom content.

Fast Travel Alternatives on Console

• "Go Here" / "Go Here With...": Click ground → instant route (sim walks/runs).
• Taxi: Click phone / road → "Call Taxi" (costs §, loads instantly).
• Map Tags: Set favorites on map for one‑click routing.

For the full Ambitions experience (teleporter, tattooing, stylist, firefighter, ghost hunter), you must play the PC version (Steam/Origin).
