How to Register a Jabra Headset on a PS3

Any Bluetooth headset is compatible with the PS3 system, even your Jabra headset. After you register, or pair, your Jabra to the PS3 system, the PS3 will automatically detect it whenever it is turned on. Then, you will be able to use the headset to chat with friends in a chat room or with others while playing a multiplayer online game.

Instructions

      Boot up your PS3 and one PS3 controller.

      Choose “Settings,” “Accessory Settings,” and then “Register Bluetooth Device” from the home screen.

      Select “Register Headset/Microphone/Headphones” from the options.

      Set your Jabra into pairing mode by pressing the outer “On/Off” or “Call” button (depends on model Jabra).

      Select “Start Scanning” on your PS3.

      Choose the Jabra from the list of in range Bluetooth devices that appear on the screen.

      Enter the passkey, “0000” to finish registering and pairing your headset with the PS3.
