Harry Potter Games: PS3 vs. Wii – Which Version Is Better for Each Title?

There are multiple Harry Potter games. The answer depends on which one:

Games on PS3 & Wii

• Order of the Phoenix (2007): First on PS3/Wii. Wii version preferred – motion controls for spells (wand gestures), better immersion. PS3 = standard controls.
• Half-Blood Prince (2009): Similar. Wii edges out for dueling/potions via motion. PS3 has slightly better graphics.
• Deathly Hallows Part 1 (2010): Third-person shooter. PS3 better – smoother framerate, dual-analog suits cover shooting. Wii version has waggle aiming, lower res.
• Deathly Hallows Part 2 (2011): Same as Part 1. PS3 preferred.

Games NOT on PS3/Wii

• Sorcerer's Stone, Chamber of Secrets, Prisoner of Azkaban, Goblet of Fire → PS2/GameCube/Xbox/PC only.
