Is the Testing Hall in Oblivion Available on PS3?

No. The Testing Hall is a developer test cell included in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion – Shivering Isles expansion.

Platform Availability

• PC: Base game + Shivering Isles (2007) – Testing Hall accessible via console command coc TestingHall.
• Xbox 360: Shivering Isles released on disc / DLC – Testing Hall accessible (same console command via dev console mod or save edit).
• PS3: Oblivion launched on PS3 (2007) without Shivering Isles. The expansion was never released on PS3 due to technical/licensing issues. Therefore, the Testing Hall does not exist on the PS3 version.

If You Want the Testing Hall

Play on PC (Steam/GOG) or Xbox 360 (backward compatible on Xbox One/Series). The PS3 Oblivion disc/GOTY edition only includes the base game + Knights of the Nine.
