Midnight Club 3 DUB Edition Remix on PSP: Does Not Exist

No official PSP version of Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix was ever released. The game launched on PlayStation 2, Xbox, and Xbox 360 only.

You may be misremembering, confusing it with a different Midnight Club title, or thinking of a fan project/homebrew port.
