Does the Lamborghini Reventón Mod Work on GTA IV PS3?
No. PS3 does not support user mods for GTA IV. The console's encrypted filesystem and hypervisor prevent unsigned code/assets from loading.
Modding Reality
PC Only: OpenIV, Script Hook V, vehicle mods work on Windows.
PS3/Jailbreak (CFW): Even on hacked PS3 (HEN/CFW), GTA IV's asset format (.wft/.wtd) encryption and memory constraints make vehicle mods extremely unstable — essentially non-functional.
Save Editors: Can modify money/stats, not add 3D models.
Alternatives
Play GTA IV on PC (Steam/Epic) — hundreds of car mods including Reventón.
GTA V (PS3/PS4/PS5/PC) has a Reventón-like car: Grotti Turismo R (based on LaFerrari/Reventón).
